We are sad to pass along our lovely yurt that was used as a baby nursery for the past year. The yurt has a new (last year) vinyl cover (10 year warranty) with velcro windows. It includes 1/2 bubble insulation and a locking wooden door.
The yurt was just taken down last week and includes lattice, cable, ring, cap, solid door, rafters and the flooring. The flooring is 1 inch tongue and groove ply that sits atop five 4×6 beams. Beneath the beams sits 16 concrete piers. It has additional edge boards as well as a circular piece of laminate for the outer cover to tie and screw to.
Atop the floor sits carpet pad and 12 feet of carpet. This yurt is awesome and would make a great yoga studio, workout room, shed, ADU, Air BnB, burning man, the options are endless. We have detailed instructions on how to reassemble and would even be willing to come out and give you a hand.
You will love this and will need a pick-up or large van to haul. $7350 obo We are located in Santa Cruz, CA.
