Un-used 20 Yurt $11,500 or BO

Hi there I have a Shelter Designs 20′ Yurt for sale. I have the entire snow load package and insulation package for this yurt. It has an 8′ roll up side and 2 entry doors. The Yurt was assembled for my in laws to use but they never ended up using it and now it is completely finished and my wife and I do not foresee any use for it currently so we are selling it. We paid $15,000 for it but would be open to any reasonable offers. I do not know what it would take to ship it but i am willing to explore as seller may request. Would def being willing to let it go for cheaper to someone who would do the removal and shipping on their own. This yurt is in perfect condition as it has never been occupied.  The Yurt is currently assembled fully on a platform in Valley Cottage, NY. It will most likely remain constructed until someone buys it!
