Beautiful Blue Yurt for sale

Gorgeous 14′ Pacific Yurts blue yurt with olive top, dusky blue valance, four windows, and pop top to let air in; almost brand-new condition.  It was up for under a year. This exact yurt currently sells for 10,400 last time I checked.

It includes four windows, a pine door with a glass window, and wall insulation liners. You may also buy a complete tiny wood stove for 1,500 to heat the yurt fuel efficiently, with a metal wood storage base and pipes. It worked exceptionally well in a different yurt for nine months.

We are open to giving you the circular platform for free.  The floor was made of 1″ plywood, screwed down, puttied, and painted blue. You would need to sand the floor to find the screws—the carpenter who made it would be open to taking it apart for a fee.  You would need to talk to him directly.

There is also a deck in front of the platform that we are open to sell.

You would need to ideally come to Ojai to look at the yurt and bring a 10′ truck or trailer with a hitch to remove it.  It has already been taken down and is ready to load. You would need a 14′ truck or trailer if you also take the free platform.
