The time has come to sell my beloved yurt. I lived in it for two years and it was the most beautiful and peaceful way of life, but I’m now moving to a place that won’t have room for it.

Wood platform, loft, and stairs are optional
The wood, vinyl and insulation are in good condition without rot
The previous owners installed steel flashing around the lower portion of the outer walls. There are some staple and screw holes in this area that don’t show much and don’t affect the integrity, but could be patched or covered with fresh steel flashing.
There are some small remnants of spray foam along the lower portion that was under the steel flashing. This can be cleaned off with some elbow grease if not covered by new flashing
